French Toast

This is a recipe we’re pretty excited about. It was born out of a wild idea and experimentation, and with a bit of luck, it turned out great! As always, feel free to fiddle… but after a few test batches (it’s a hard life, really), we’ve nailed down a recipe that delivers great results every time.

Garbanzo Patties and Fries

The Garbanzo patties were my first attempt at something burger like.  It is a stretch to call it a burger.  The patties browned on the outside but stayed soft.  I will need to do a lot more experimenting to get something firm.  The cool thing is, it was our first “burger” and fries since going McDougall.  Let’s start with the patties.
